Tires???

i have a 91 grand am and i have 17" rims, i now have kumho 712 series tires on it and they suck! i do a lot of highway driving and dont spin my tires and it seems like i got barley any miles outa my tires. i dont know if it is just because the bigger rims or if there is a good brand of tire that i can get. any help would be good, thank you

I would reccomend going to www.tirerack.com and reading the right ups. There's tons of great reviews on there, and you should find exactly what you're looking for.

Be careful with the speed rating of the tire as well. If I run a z-rated tire I get about 25k miles if I'm lucky, and with an h-rated tire I get around 50k miles.
