i bought a 97 Deville is there supposed to be a fan in front of the A/C condenser?

Yes, Since Its A Front Wheel Drive Car The Engine Is Mounted Sideways And Therefore There Cant Be A Mechanical Engine Fan So It Needs Electric Fans.
