cd player err code

drove my 99 2500 truck into a car wash today, cd was in system and playing when i stepped out of my truck, when i picked my truck up at the pickup point the cd was in the ejected posistion and now every time i put in a cd the systems spits it out and gives me a eer code on display, is there anyway i can clean this or will i have to replace the system i think they might have sprayed armorall in the system
