03 hybrid transmission problem

The D indicator flashes all the time

Not sure what light that is. Have you reset the negative battery terminal to try an clear it? I ran some searchs on what light you speak of and came up empty handed maybe someone else will be able to provide a better answer.

How much warranty do you have left ?? I would let Honda diagnose and pay for the work.

When the Transmission Control Module (TCM) senses an abnormality in the input or the output systems, the D indicator in the gauge assembly will blink.

Have you changed the fluid?
Old/bad CVT fluid is the cause of a multitude of issues.
