maxima vs. G35

driving home its 10 at night. i pull up to a red light with one car in each lane in front of me ( 2 lane road ) so i look at the cars and decide which one i think will go faster. so i pull behind the car in the left lane which was a white G35, the other lane a corolla or some shit. well when the light turned green the G35 jus took off so i knew i picked the right lane. he was trying to temp me into racin him, but i really didnt want to waste my gas just to lose.

next light up ahead turns red and he stops still in the left lane. right lane was empty but i still stayed in the left behind him. and again he takes off this time not slowing back down. so hes jus flexing all the way down the road till the end, which turns into a left turn which is a long wait. so about 15 seconds later i finally decide to jus goose it and catch up to him behind the next light. i just thought what the hell no one else ever wants to race me. so i get behind him and the light finally turns green ( he didnt think i was going to go this time tho, so he jus took off casually ) i figured this would be his behavior so i stayed behind a lil so i could take off a lil and he could hear my car.

he got the point. so right after we make the turn were at about a 20 mph roll and we both hit it. of coarse he jumps 3 car lenghts ahead of me just instantly. but i just went ahead and keppt on it. and to my suprise he never gained anymore after that and i actually close the gap a few inches... we were gonig about 90ish at this time. so we made it to another light were he turns off so i jus pass him with a thumbs up out my window...

was a loss but still fun...like i said before i never get any one wanting to race me..except every car that knows they can kill me...

Hehe, good race, nice loss... No shame lossing to a G35, IMO.

yes, i recommend moving up into a vq35 sometime. no shame in losing to a g35. i have one and i always like trying to race cars from the same company. if i see a maxima, altima, 350z, or even an m35/m45 i will go for a race.

I've always wanted to race a G35 or a 350Z, I think it would be real close if I drove well...no G35s ever wanna race me, but I might catch a 350Z who wants to race one day

ya i know im not ashamed of my loss, his car wasnt stock either. he might have jus had a full exhaust on his car or something

the new g35's have a loud ass exhaust stock. my g35 is loud when i floor it, but the new ones are not only louder at WOT but even under normal driving conditions. then again, i wasnt there, so whatever.
