ford tempo 93 wont start

hi, purchase a ford tempo GL 1993.

When i turn on the ignition... i hear the gas pump noize then,
the noize stop... and i'm able to start and enjoy the car.

but sometimes.. the gas pump noize wont stop and i can't start the car.
Note: eventually, maybe after 1 hour... it's okay..

This cause frustration when i'm late to an appointment!!!

Willing to replace gaz filter and or gaz pump if needed... but wanta make sure this is the problem....

You could start by replacing fuel filter. If that doesn't remedy the problem, replace fuel pump. But b4 you go ahead and replace fuel pump, have a reputable shop investigate the problem.
