'65 and '66 are far more popular and thererfore, more expensive. With that said, we've seen an upswing in the '67/'68 models. We believe this is due to the high cost of the smaller Mustangs. The '67/'68 are among the better built and better performing Mustangs of the early era. With the right power train combinations, a '68 GT can be a handfull! Big block cars bring more money than small block cars, too, regarding the '67/'68. A '68 GT 4-speed/390 car is VERY desirable. I don't recall seeing very many '67/'68 GTs in coupe form, though. Most were "sports roof" (fastback).
There's always the GTCS. They too, are starting to come into their own. That's the '68 "California Special" with the Shelby-style tail end. Most were 289/2-bbls., but some had bigger stuff in them. An interesting look, and getting rare.

the Shelby had Shelby-only parts like a different bumper and front splitter, rear window louvers, and I think they had side skirts as well.

'67-'68 hardtops can be found for reasonable money, but thanks to "Bullitt" the fastbacks are going out of sight!
