Its applicable to '97 to '00 GTPs only. From '01 and up to '03 it was moved to the rear of the vehicle someplace by the fuel tank. :dunno:

Are you supposed to jump the speed control relay or the pump relay
because #14 on my 99 gtp is the pump relay and #15 is speed control.
