95 Intrepid won't start

I have seen a few threads mentioning this problem on various years of Interprids. The car starts and runs fine, then I go out in the morning and it won't start. Turns over fine. Just won't start. Check it a few hours later and it starts just fine. Had it checked by two different mechanic shops, but of course they couldn't identify any problems because it started fine for them.
From the forum, it seems it is either the Crank Position Sensor, The Cam Magnetic Sensor/Relay, of the Automatic Shutdown relay. I think I have located the CPS (Under the engine near the oil filter) and the CPM (Right on top of the engine in the front), but I can't locate the ASD relay.
Anyone know where it is?
Thanks in advance...
