I know where the sensor is..behind the radiator. I might have a bad connection, as the temp is sometimes incorrect...or the sensor is bad. Does anyone know what I need to remove to get at the sensor? Lot of cowling, etc.
I guess it would help that it is a 2000 with AWD.
Thanks :sunglasse

I just bought a 2000 Astro, and had to take the Front Grille off in order to install a transmission cooler..
As best as I remember there are just a few screws that must come out .. dont quote me on this but I think a couple on both the left and right sides One in the center, and the trick was one each behind the turn signal lamp assy. both Left and Right..( Screws to remove the Turn signal Lamp housings are easily seen ) not a big deal.. should take less than 10 minutes !
