Broken Tep guage

Hey whats Up, I just traded my 95 ford exploder for a 98 contour and the little problem i have is how to wire a cd player and my temp guage is broken, is there anyway that i can pull my dash and re-wire or is it a short??? come on guys help a brother out thanks
