97 blazer not starting

i got a problem with a 97 blazer not starting i was wondering if it is the ignition switch cuz when you turn the key to run dash will not light up and none of the gauges work and fuel pump will not work turn signals will not work with key in run and will not go out of park even when brake is pushed all way down i checked all fuses and all are ok and any help that ya can give me is really helpful and if ya have an idea on anything that can be wrong please let me know

batter is fully charged motor will spin over but will not start
