H22 not starting no engine lights?

Hey guy I have done a few swaps in my time. Most of them have been the H22 jdm prelude swap. I convenced my girlfriend to buy this kids prelude that I met. It has full jdm conversion done from head lights to ac controls. He gave me old h23 and new h22 that he put it in the engine bay with skunk2 cam gears and type-S cams with a shaved head for $1550. I hooked everything up using h23 engine harness. Went to start it and the Starter wont start using the key. I jumped the starter to the battery and tried again the engine turns and has compression which is a very good thing. No Spark tho bad. On the gauges i did notice when you turn the key to ignition that the check engine light doesnt turn on at all when its supposed to turn on the off as well as the oil and battery lights. I think it is the master relay and i have the dizzy out of the old engine that i am going to try just in case thats stopping it from sparking but I dont want to buy things that i dont need to please contact me with and ideas thanks guys for all your in put...

Sorry also do the typeS cams do anything for hp gains and if so how much?

i wouldnt worry about hp too much..
the increased RPM's speed is much better to me :)
