90 Civic is throwing odd ECU code...

So when i start my car, everything is fine...but after 5min of driving or so, or get the car to high RPM's, the check engine light comes on. The ECU is throwing 1xshort/1xshort/16xshort...so what does that mean, the oxygen content is twice as bad as it should be...hehe. And I assume the 16 is fuel injectors? The car is running fine, even with the engine light on...any clue on the 3 error codes?
