Viper, on the weatherstripping, there are many types of adhesives that are made specifically for weatherstripping available at your local parts store.

You want start a new thread to post this question, preferably in the Cadillac forum, but alas, if you ran the car out of gas and it ran fine before but now it won't start, you may have picked up crap in the bottom of the tank and clogged the strainer or fuel filter.

You should start posting/checking out the Camaro Forum Banter Thread. Cause Alot goes there, and you kinda get left out if you dont check it out regularly.

Ah, I see. That's cool. Yeah, I used to try to keep up with that thread, but it kept moving so fast I finally said screw it. Before I would leave for work, lets say it'd be on page 69, well when I'd get back home it'd be on page 78. And I'm too lazy to go back and read all that. But congrats on the car Viper.

Haha yeah it does move FAST, its like an Fbody of your choice going at 120 MPH constantly and it only stops to refill at night, then it starts up again and goes. I always read back though to keep up on whats going on usually.

thanks, hope it lasts longer then its starting to look like its gonna last, now i need atleast 1 new tire and might have broken something... i hit a curb at 35mph.. well it was a sharper turn then it looked and by the time i relized i was going to fast to make it, it was to late and i went up and over the curb @ 35mph and now 1 of my tires has a bubble in it, i parked and got and looked upder the car and there was this study but fast paced drip, so i ran to the other side and stuck my fingers in it to see what it was and it was water... but it was cool water, it might have been a lil on the warmer side but i donno so i ran back to the driver side and poped the hood to see if some how messed up the radior and it was fine and still in tact, so i turned my car off and went to get soem things from k-mart (socks and a razor blade scraper (to scrape stickers and shit off my windows)), and when i came back it wasnt driping no more so i turned on my car and it started right away and i got out and looked and it started driping again, so i thought maybe its the ac, so i rolled down my windows and turned off my ac and drove about 20 mins to my grandmoms house and when i got there i smoked a cig and rolled up my windows and before i went in my grandmoms house i looked under the car it was bone dry, the whole drive home i was checking the temp guage to make sure i didnt start to run hot and i didnt, the guage stayed put, now i have a quick question, could it have been just my ac that was driping or could it have been something else?

yea, the speed limit was 35 and just keeping up with traffic and trying to not get run over by the suv behind me i was doing 45 and i slowed down didnt relize my turn was so close and hit the brakes a lil harder and thought i still could make it i was about 25% into the turn now and there was no turning back and then i relized i wasnt gonna make it, and when i went up on the curb / grass area / island thing i passed a light pole like 2 feet from my passenger door.

with todays experience i think my first real mods are gonna be (they will be at the same time):
1) the biggest big brake kit i can find, slotted and cross drilled rotors for the cav, for all 4 wheels and that will go with mod number 2.
2) 17x7 rims im not sure which ones or color, either black or silver, with tires that grip dry and wet ground like they are made of glue that like drys instantly when you tap the breaks.

You need to learn how to control your car.. I suggest going through some training, virtual reality style.. i.e. play some more Gran Turismo 4 and racing games. Worked for me anyways, I can out turn my friend in his oh so badass Mazda 6.. (Which btw he thinks he can take on Z28s and all) He's an idiot. :disappoin

i can control my car, i just couldnt slow it down enough in time, and also i think im gonna add sway bars to the list because i felt like if i pushed my car trough the turn any more i was gonna roll it over thats why i straightened out and just hit the brakes and still managed to get up and over the curb into the grass area.

If you cant slow down fast enough using your brakes, put your gear to a lower one, thats what I do, so I drive fast as hell without worrying about slowing down or not, I have the 60-0 brake time of a Vette, baby :)
Only by doing that though, btw you gotta practice with it too cause you got to know when the automatic will change into the gear you want it to and when you got to change it to an even lower gear to keep slowing down.

Simple, you know how your car has the PRND21, right? Well have you ever had your car like in the 1 or 2? Well when you put your shifter into that the car will stay in 1st gear only, giving you more torque or only up to 2nd gear. WELL if you drive lets say in first, go slowly then look at your revs as they climb, and dont redline it but change it into 2nd when your rpms are almost close to it, when you do this look at how fast you're going too, this will help out with engine braking. Which is totally what you're doing here, using your engine to slow you down. Hell do it right now, just go and mess with your car in a straight line or so slowing down. It helps big time.

Rally Sport

What the.. dude thats queer! You gotta do it by ear then, listen to your engine but I dont know, you could mess it up, if you've ever driven a manual without a tach, you gotta listen to the engine all the way. My mom's 93 F-250 doesnt have a tach and man its kinda more of a challenge.

ah, it was his first post, he probably had no clue what he was doing
now i need atleast 1 new tire and might have broken something... i hit a curb at 35mph.
I wouldn't drive it until you get a new tire. A bubble indicates a weak point in the tire, and it's just a matter of time before it explodes and tears your fender up.
You're probably in need of an alignment now too.
