help! air grabber

i've only seen air grabbers on hemi's so i thought you guys would be the professionals at this. i'm thinking of how to fabricate one like what cold air intake to use, what the scoop supports are made of, how to make it functional like what to hook it up to and what should i hook it up to something with. please help!
