Get the tools out from under the rear seats, there is a long handled rod that folds open that fits through a hole above the rear bumper and winds the tire down from under the body, you will need some strength to jockey it out from under the truck. You may still covered by GM road side service if you are under 3/36 warranty. They will do this for you.

in my 02 ext tb, the tools are located in the rear left side wall compartment. There's three rods and a L shape nut driver. The lift device is found there tool. with a rod, I inserted into a hole found above the rear bumper. Wind it to lower the spare. I just had a flat this weekend:(. My first...

Does GM repair the tire or would I have to bring it to a tire service center?
