i have a 1998 GTP. i was looking to do a couple of things to my car to get it in the 13's i know the smaller supercharger pulley adds up to 25hp. but i also know you need other mods to support the extra boost. i know a guy who does welding is the u-bend delete really that important or just over rated. does it make the exhaust sound any better being it straightens out the exhaust a little. what would be some other good mods i have these in mind so far. 3.4 pulley, reprogrammed pcm, u bend delete, sd ram air hood, tranny cooler, new cat back exhaust. any other mods and links to sites lemmi know.

Just my 2 cents :2cents: but it doesn't make sense not to do the u-bend delete especially if you are going to upgrade to a custom or Cat Back exhaust system. I didn't notice any change in exhaust sound with just a u-bend delete, however, with a hi-flow CAT, u-bend delete and resonator delete it was louder but liveable.

As for mods sounds like you're heading in the right direction. Review my mods list and that should be the end product for you. I did my current mods in two major stages and getting ready to do Stage III this next year. Good luck!
