Hi all. I have a '99 chevy c-30 with a 7.4 v8 and it won't start. no ignition. I checked the fuse block on the inside of the fender well. and the 20 amp fuse is blown to the ECM 1 Where would be the first place to start looking and where is the location of the ECM 1 Thank you all in advance for any help.

Not to ask a stupid question, but did you try just replacing the fuse? Sometimes they burn out, doesn't neccessarily mean there is a problem...

Yes, it was the first thing I tried. Replace fuse and tried to restart. Still no ignition spark. When I let off the key, the fuse blew again. At which point I didn't try again. Thanks again for the feed back Joshman312
