I think I have a break problem

Hi all,

Recently I purchased a 03’ Civic EX (standard transmition). I have never owned a civic before but I was told that Civics are very fragile cars, especially the breaks.

About a month ago I started teaching my wife on how to drive with a standard trensmition using my Civic. A week ago she was trying to practice without my presence and forgot to take the hand break off. From what I was told, she only backed out of the parking (about 20 feet) and drove forward for about 200 yards. Realizing that something was wrong he left the car alone.

From that point up till today I here a clicking nose when I reverse my Civic. My question is, how significant is this clicking nose, is it common, what is the cause of it.

Thank you all in advance,

-Juno

Honestly I think it has nothing to do with the e-brake being on. From my own experiences I have driven up to 5-10 miles with my e-brake on and I have not had any significant problem. Describe the clicking in depth. Which side of the car, which wheel is it coming from (If it is the wheel) Does it sound like an even rotation of the wheel then the click is heard?
