paint code

I wanna get some paint for 1991 astro but i sdont know what part of the color code i need. If been looking around and getting soo very confused. The bottom line which i read is the paint code is
WA-L9658 U9658 13G
Order No. C92991

From looking at this site, it appears to me that your color code number is 9658. L9658 would be the lower color, U9658 would be the upper color - both the same so I gather your van is one color versus a two tone.
