Gmc 1500 Just Dies

After Driving Approx 10 Miles My Gmc Just Dies. Then Will Restart After About 15-30 Min. Replaced Fuel Filter And Battery...cleaned Connectors. Any Suggestions?

I had the same issue. I checked all of the electrical connections under the hood and found a loose connection from the cap Dist-cap to the coil. I think this was due to a check up it had at a shop.

Don't know if this will help, but check the wire connections on your starter. Several years back I encounter the same problem on an Oldsmobile I owned and I thought I checked all the electrical connections in the car. Then I realized I had the starter replaced a month earlier, I checked the connection and sure enough it was a bad connection.
I tightened it up and I never had the problem again!
