who do you mean by blowing out not hard? Does the blower work on hi, or does it stay the same all the time? Is your air cond automatic or dial type?

Its is automatic and it stays on the same level all the time. I can actually feel the air at the feet so it seems that it is stuck at the setting for the floor vents.
