Update with my car....

A few have PM'd me asking about if I had got my car yet...
Well.. as some of you might remember, Jake had gauranteed it would be done on the weekend of the 27th... well.. it was not done... he said the bumpers he had were stolen...and he was going to find new ones...
I talked to him yesterday(friday9-9-05) and he had still not found any bumpers yet.. so I asked him about the ones on his RS he has had parked in his back yard...He said if I don't mind a blitz... I said OK I don't mind..then when he gets around to finding new bumpers he can just throw them on his RS... works for me...
So now I plan on picking up my car next friday... we'll see I guess
Well that is that....just an update for anyone who cares...

Sorry to say, but I'm not surprised at all. It could be winter before you end up getting the damn thing, he will think up some other excuse why it isn't finished. All I can say is, it better be the best damn DSM in your state by the time you get it.

9-15-05 I have had no word from jake at all since last friday, I have left a few messages at his home and on cell phone, he agreed to putting the bumpers from his RS on my car to get it done... his mom said they are still on his car...

LOL... I am not fucked. There is a paper trail a mile long. I talked to jake yesterday and asked why the car isn't done/ everything is done and it just needs bumpers right? He said yeah and added that it needs a tranny... see just one more thing after another. He said he talked to an attorney about this and he is going to countersue me for the shipping charges he has incurred... that is the most poreposterous thing I have ever heard of... the judge is going to start asking this clown questions and he is going to end up putting his foot in his mouth and the judge will laugh.
Jake even tried denying that he guaranteed it to be done at the end of august.... it says in his own words...quote"At anyrate I can say it will be done for sure by the end of the month, no ifs, ands or buts." it is at the end of the first paragraph in the last thread he started... titled "whatever"
I can make a guarantee that will be kept... I will take him to court and through the sheriffs dept. and bury him deep and he will regret ever trying to fuck me over.
Anarchy1111 is probably going to follow in my steps also... he has given jake $3500 or so for jake's white GS-T and after talking to me and hearing about all of this I think he is going to back out and get his money back... if jake even has any after I am done with him.

This whole thing has left a "bad taste in my mouth" so to say and I am done with DSM's I kinda just hate them.. they still look awesome and all but I have more important things to do with my life like get this divorce finished and hopefully get custody of my kids, get out of this hole of debt my ex had put us in and get into another career field/ appraising... damn good money.

Nah... i'm done with DSM's I might come in from time to time but like I said I have other things I want to do instead of wasting money on a money pit.... I know many of you can't deny that DSM's can be a money pit... and I see DSM standing for Divorced because of Some Machine lol... well that is kinda part of the reason...
Who knows.. I might even end up doin some jail time if for someweird reason jake walks away from this.... well at least the walks away from the courthouse.... I HIGHLY doubt it but funky shit has been known to happen... look at OJ and M.Jackson...
