Anybody else get the letter about the CHRYSLER SEBRING rims refund/lawsuit? :sly: What year do you have? I have a 97 and the rims have a varnish type coating that has been flaking off for years.

Sounds like the same letter. The years referenced on my letter are from 97 to 01 and since I've had to replaced 3 of them rims, you know I'm going to chase my money down.

Could you give a reference for the letter? Was it from Chrysler? I have a 98 JXI, all 4 rims look terrible from flaked clearcoat.

Sorry for the late reply, just saw this today. No, the letter was not from CHRYSLER, it was from the suing party. Apparently the letter states, that if you had replaced the rims on your Sebring due to warpness in the frame, then for as long as you have the receipts to show you pay the $300 plus to replace the rims, if you send in your contact info and receipts, they will fully reimburse you.
