The 1995 Blazer s10 I recently purchased (4.3 V6, 4WD, auto) has a sheared pinion gear.
I'm guessing it would be cheaper for me to just swap out a used rear end than have a
specialty shop set me up with a new gear and posi assembly. What rear ends will
interchange with my '95 with a minimum of aggravation?
Thanks in advance.

If 95 is anything like my 94, look in glovebox for the code chart. See if there is a code of either GU4 or GU6. This would be the code for which rearend you have.
