Help 1994 Flareside Front Brake Problems

Yeah, I Have A 1994 Flareside 4x4 Ext Cab With Brake Problems When I Go In Reverse Sounds Like The Brake Callipers Move And When I Put It In Drive They Squeak Loud If I Slam On The Brake While Going Forward They Move Back And Don't Squeak And I Was Wondering What's Is This Problem

(Oh Yeah The Brakes Have Been Replaced Not To Long Ago)
