problem with 00 ex

some times at idle the car will raise from 750 to 1500 and then from 1500 to 2000 it jumps around to the piont where i cant drive it and i have to shut it off and restart it i think it might be a sensor or something ?????????

check either the TPS or the IACV. or for loose vacuum lines, any of these can cause such a problem.
