2000 Blazer rear ABS brakes locked

I just changed the rear rotors and pads on my 2000 Blazer. I lubed the areas required and did find one guide stuck but cleaned and lubed it. After assembling everything, the vehicle will not roll. The back brakes are locked tight. I even took the brakes apart again to make sure I put everything together correctly and all looks good. The brakes are initially loose when I reassemble them but once the brake pedal is depressed, the brakes apply and do not loosen up. Any ideas.
As a side note here are two circumstances in addition:
1) The abs light has been on since I bought the truck and the only time it has gone out is when we were driving through a heavy downpour, and
2) I changed the rear axle bearings
Any thoughts on getting the brakes back in operation? Thanks,

Same with my 1999 Blazer, I am going to replace the rear calipers tomorrow. A friend of mine said that the aluminum calipers tend to corrode, and the piston cant release all the way. Will let you know if it works
