A/C Pipe

I just recently noticed a hole in my A/C pipe on the passenger side, near the air filter box of my 98 civic. Its not a big hole, about the size of a nail. The pipe is covered with foam, but that part of the foam wore off, so the metal pipe is exposed and you can see the hole. Is there a patch kit or something to repair the pipe, or would I need to replace the whole pipe? would something like JB weild work? Thanks guys.
