runs rough cold, a little sluggish warm

93' crown vic p71 runs very rough cold, when gets warm still not as much power as should be a little sluggish on take off.
check engine light was on recd code 565, replaced canister purge valve, runs a little better when warm, cold problem still exist. check engine light off and on now get code 336 and or 337 " egr sensor circuit voltage higher than expected", " egr sensor circuit above maximum voltage"

if i was you i would do 2 things. first i would clean your maf sensor with an electrical conduit cleaner then i would clean your throttle body with an old tooth brush and some carb cleaner
