Sounds like you have no spark!

Just my 2 Cents but it sounds like possible dirty fuel injectors to me. When you spray the quick start in you are bypassing the injectors and getting fuel to the carb which sounds like your injectors are not doing for you. I don't think it is a problem with spark as it would not start with quick start either. Hope this helps, just my thoughts.

well you have taken first step we know its not getting fuel.if it runs with spray then the first thing i would do is check fuel pressure. you have to open fuel tank cover and cycle key u should hear fuel pump run for fifteen seconds. if it runs then i would say there is a shrader type valve on fuel rail and if pressed in center fuel will come out make sure u have rag to soak up the fuel spray if there is any. if fuel there then more then likely u have an electrical problem such as a engine control moduleor broken wire leading to engine control module u can cycle ignition three times fast and read engine code by the flashes possible help diagnose your problem easier

Check fuel pressure key on engine off, if you are getting spark chk. for injector pulse, if none go that route, van runs on starting fluid so you have spark. It is either a fuel supply or delivery problem.
