check engine!!!!!!!!!!!!

i put my new lifters in today! and magnacore wires. when i was done i checked everything it was all tight, so i statrted it up and it sounded like a goat cart and when i let it sit there for a min, i tried driving and it rollled verry wobaly and hard and then the check engine light came on?!?!?!?!?!?!? wtf! im screwed what do i do>?!!?!?!?!?!!?! whats wrong with my car

Just go to autozone and have them do a diagnostic check up for free.
