Redrill Rims?

Hey was thinking to myself...i've seen a few japanese companys out there that drill there rims to be 5x114.3 and 4x114.3 all on the same rim...So if i were to get a 5 lug wheel...would it be so wrong to get it drilled to 4x114.3 or would this up set a parrellel universe and just not work?

i thought so too...for RW...becuase i think everyone should see these rims...and beucase RW is the offset king...http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=89467 ...if you dont have a zilvia.net membership...sorry these are some bad wheels...they are Works Meisters SP1 17x9 (-69 offset) and 17x10 (-52 offset)...im out mesureing my wide fenders now to see if they will fit..

realizing now..cant redrill those...but either way...rw will they fit...talking about the 17x9 for the front...with a -69 offset...by my calc...thats 2 3/4 in in and 6 1/4 out right...dont think the 17x9 will work in my front even with the 20mm overs in the front

wow...i realize now that i think i could start a conversation with myself...but yea...i was looking and that 6in of lip on the 17x9 and 7 in of lip on the 17x10...so they would stick and inch out of both fenders...so yea to much lip for me...i guess im looking at 17x9 (-0 offset) with 17x10 (-25 offset)...now that i've actually gone out and mesured...i know what i need...thanks for helping everyone...lol

For Example on an S14 with 18x12 -22 those will stick out an inch more.

I know because my friend CHMercer was gonna buy those for his car for Rear Dorifo Rims... and If you buy em hes planning on getting them from you when you find out they dont fit at all.

those front on the front of an S13 with stock fenders would Stick out about 90mm on the rear probably 70-80MM.

A +0 9J will fit your fronts good with about 2.5-3 degrees of camber

Im not sure about the rear being -25 on a 10J. Id recheck that. but then again +50s are freakin wide.
