engine swap for 88 lebaron

what would be a good engine to swap to? my lebaron has about 250 000k on it,its the 2.2 non turbo...is there a v6 i could put in it? or would that not fit

why of course there is a v6 that you can put in it. You can put the 3.0L engine in it. It is a very well built engine (Origionally designed by Mitsubichi). Make sure that you get the manual for it though. It is a very good engine but the automatic transmissions that were made for it aren't very good. And, you can get more power out of the 3.0L than you can with the 2.2.
