I'm ready to put an exhaust on my car now and i have a few questions before I do anything. I'm going to have a local shop do it for the sake of easiness but they only do press bending and the said they dont know if they can bend 3 inch for my car. but i got to thinking and from the cat back there is only a little s-curve in the pipe otherwise its pretty much a straight shot so would there really be a difference between press and mandrel on that little of a bend? and also should i go with 2.5 for now untill i can get a 3 inch mandrel one or just go with 3 and get it over with?
Thanks in advance

they said that they would do it for $100. Also since the gen2 dsms have n o2 sensor after the cat how do you bypass that so you can run a testpipe instead?

i wrapped mine in tin foil and zip tied it up out of the way underneath the car. it never through a CEL. also if your worried about mandrel bends you can order some from jcwhitney and have the shop us them instead of press bends. i think i paid about $60 for two 10" 90 degree bends shipped. hope that helps.
P.S. i also have pics in the gallery under my SN if you want to look at them. i built my exhaust all my self. sound great to.
