Replace 5 bolt 1 ton rear end with 6 bolt

Hi all, I have a toyota based camper with the 5 bolt one ton rear end and we are swapping it out for the 6 bolt version (Broke an axle) I was wondering if anyone had any tips, how to type of advise on doing this. We purchased a truck with the 6 bolt setup and are swapping it out ourselves.

Also we want to swap out the front end hubs so there are six bolt rims all the way around so we can carry only one spare, is this possible?

One last question, the camper has air suspension in the back, anyone know how much air to put in these? Dont want to blow them.
