losing antifreeze somewhere please help

i have to fill up my radiator every 2 and 3 days with coolant. I cant find any leaks anywhere EXCEPT when i shut it off it sounds like steam evaropating from the back of the engine . I had my body turn the engine on and of and the sound does a sssssssssssssss sound for like 5 to 8 secs. Is that where the leak is and what is that? It sounds like it is coming of the back manifold driver side. The bronco isnt losing power or tick or nothing but every couple days the hot light comes on and i have to refill. the sound you hear from the back of the motor on the drivers side by the ignition coil is the vaculm system.
did you check to see if your heater core is leaking?
go into the passenger side and feel the rug under the dash, if it's wet it's probably the heater core.
