For cleaning specifically fuel injectors, if it's minor, I would run a bottle of concentrated lucas cleaner through it. But if its to the point where your actually experiencing fuel shortage / richness / misfiring, ect. I would deffinately have them professionaly cleaned. A dealer or shop (shops are much cheaper) can do this. They usually offer an injector cleaning, a fuel system cleaning, and both. I would get both. They hook your entire fuel system up to a solution they have and run it off that - it cleans everything superbly. Yes; it would deffinately be better then seafoam. To have the entire system professionaly flushed / cleaned at a shop will run you anywhere from 75 to 100 $; but is deffinately worth it. You can't beat it.

I agree with Ridenour, pour in treatments work nicely to prevent problems, but are virtually useless once an injector gets clogged. The in-shop treatments use a pressurized system and clean the injectors much more thoroughly.

Seafoam works very good and should be used as maintence. A good shop will have a cleaner that hooks directly to the fuel rail to clean the injectors. The can type that goes into the pressure test port is not very good and just a good way to clean out your wallet.
