95 rs throttle stick and overheating from starting the car....HELP ME PLEASE!!

I have a 95 eclipse rs and it has some problems. When i start the car it overheats and the throttle stick and then goes back down. Many hoses are diconnected and i see what i think is a vac pump but i have an short ram intake soo there is no where to hook it up to. The clutch on my car has almost no resistance of any sort when i p[ush it in. What should i do about please help me out. [email protected]. Thanks later
