Possessed by Demons???

I noticed we have a new movie coming out about a person being possessed by demons. Some of these stories are supposed to be true, according to religious authorities. What do you think? Is it possible for someone to be possessed by spirits or demons? If so would it be just one or many? Or is it just some kind of mental disturbance?

I believe it's true and it has been recorded. Some people may not believe the Bible but there are several times in it there where men were possessed by thousands of demons at one time.

This is why I think the Exorcist is the scariest movie ever. It has to do with forces we cannot possibly imagine or process. And I believe these forces are out there. The good forces being God of course but I also believe Satan and his demons are wandering the Earth.

yeah basically from what i've heard demons are all around us....it's the people that let their faith get weak that possibly get possessed....and i agree with the exorcist being the scariest movie ever.....i don't think anyone under 13 should be allowed to see that movie in the privacy of their own home, it's that messed up.....

Is it possible to ask demons to possess you?

I'm just thinking, maybe there is a cult of demon worshippers out there, and assuming that they could be possessed by demons by their own will, maybe there will be some sort of uprising or something.

I know that there are demon cults out there and they do some pretty fucked up shit.
I'm not sure if they could be willingly possessed though. Of course I'm not an expert in this field.
As for there being an uprising, if you believe in evil forces, you believe in the good ones. If that's the case, don't worry.

No just the way he came in and said it's all bullshit without stating why. Obviously he doesn't get out much.

I myself have never come into contact with "demons" or such but I've talked to some people who have. My father has even had some weird encounters. So to say it's all a lie is rather silly.

I think people get too much in there own head, and freak out and say its demons... But I myself do not believe in demons, god, the devil, or angels.

There are more things in the Heavens and Earth than are dreamt of in your philosophy...


for a lot of people, if they can't see it, touch it, smell it, or hear it, and their 5 senses don't pick it up, it doesnt exist. There's nothing wrong with that, except the fact that our senses can't detect a lot of what goes on, leading us to falsely beleive that anything outside the senses is non-existant.

That's where people like Einstein and Pauling come in. Geniuses think ouside the box. I am scientific in my approach to a lot life, and I do beleive that sooner or later, "ghosts", "demons", etc, wil be classified as some form or another of electromagnetic energy...what we call in laymans terms, a "soul".
