A/C - Passenger side blows cooler than Drivers Side

I have a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport and recently replaced the compressor & drier. The passenger side is noticebly colder than the drivers side (WARM) even though both temp controls are set to the coldest setting. Also, I read somewhere that you may have to re-program / reset the A/C after performing any work. Perhaps this is the problem? Any ideas??? Does anyone know how to reset / re-program the A/C?
Thanks!
