Cruise control not working HELP!

Just became owner of '95 V6 4-runner, have everthing working except cruise control. Pushing buttons on sterring wheel does nothing. Looked in service manual and cannot find wiring diagram or even a troubleshooting guide. Is there a fuse or where do I start? Thanks Kirk

Check the electrical connector for the CC actuator. Make sure it's tight and clean.

Check the fuse box by the battery for a C/C fuse.

C/C actuator? Is that under the dash to the left of the brake pedal? Is there a fuse?

No, usually it is under the hood with a cable linked to the throttle body.
