Yeah Im pissed at some of you...

Well I would like to say that the thread I posted about my accident, it seems that SOME of YOU think that Im stupid, selfish or spoiled but you know what?! The ones who think of me as shit or crap ARE JUST JEALOUS! I know it so stop being all mean to me and such! You should be all happy that I am still here on AF alive and here to talk about what happend so it doesnt happen to anyone of you here. But if you continue to keep ranting and hating on me then fine because what goes around come around Especially the arrogant ones that I know here on AF who shouldnt really talking shit.. They dont know what they talk about! Stop being mean to me!

I'll be the first to say, no. Everybody will have a little accident, it happens. Lucky for me I was driving the beastly GEO when I backed up into a truck. It was the only accident I had, but still, an accident.

Personally people need to stop bitching over what kind of car it was you were in. I had my little bump in the GEO but I had a custom truck too at the time and I traded that in for my Mustang.
So I've always had a nicer car than most of the kids in my area and I haven't payed for them. Does that make me spoiled? Hell no and if you think other wise shut the fuck up.

Just take it as constructive criticism.

It's all good man. I know that you appreciate and understand how lucky you are. My senior year of high school I had the nicest truck or car out of the bunch. Everyone knew i was the guy with the bad ass truck (as i was coined). But they also knew i was a nice guy and didnt ever brag or talk about it or flaunt what i had. I see you to be the same.

Some of us are fortunate enough to be able to have things or drive things many dream of. We also don't drive them because we try to draw attention to ourselves, we drive them because thats what we like and no other reason than that.

ohh dont be a cry baby, so people are mean. Guess what? Thats the real world. Its mean and cruel, if your not prepared for it your gonna get owned. My family has a good deal more money than pretty much everyone else i know. The thing is, dont let people know you have more money than them. It makes them jelous and hate. I dont care what anyone says its the truth. My parents taught me the value of a dollar a long time ago, ive had to pay for everything i have on my own. But i see and hear what people say behind my back and my parents back. If your family is well off, good for you. The best way for you make friends and keep them is to not let people know that, and dont rub it in there faces.

People are going to say "not like you paid for it" and crap like that about you crashing your car. People are going to give you shit for not buying your own car, even moreso because they see you had an expensive car. Just let them keep hating and you do what you need to do. True, maybe you'd appreciate it more if you payed for it yourself, but even if you didn't I'm sure you appreciated it regardless. Understand that people have things given to them, and others give it to themselves. Those who do may sometimes give you a hard time. Personally I bought my own car but I do not think you're a bad person because you didn't buy yours. Hell if someone bought me my car i'd be thrilled! :) I couldn't care less if someone had a Geo Metro or a Ferrari 430.

You live and learn Justin. At 17, if you're still getting this upset about people criticising you, you're going to get a big shock once you get out into the real world.

Don't get upset by what people say, and don't take it seriously.

I bought my own car after working as a mechanic for about 6 months. I basically spent $0 in that time other than when I really needed to use the money and bought my car, and now I use most of my money to fix up things on that car. It may br a piece of crap body wise (which I am saving up to fix now) but I would prefer it to any other car that could of been bought for me.

So what you had an accident in the wet. Is that so suprising to anyone here? Everybody has little accidents now and again. You are probably being bitched on because they are jealous of your car. Personally I don't like BMWs, so I could careless.

I think the reason why we say that is because we see many people who have the money to buy nice cars, but don't know crap about driving them. That tends to be the case here in LA where you see mercedes, bmw's, porsches, lexus, and the drivers don't know how to merge onto the freeway or parallel park in them.

Once you get a little older, you will learn to ignore other people's opinions about yourself.

Sorry people pissed you off. The aftermath of your accident must've really sucked.

Sorry to hear you got in an accident, but I'll save my well wishes for the other thread. Stressing out over someone elses opinion is a waste of effort. Don't whine about what you have little to no control over. If it makes you feel better, just tell them to bugger off and go about your buisness.
