ZC Sohc problem,need help!!

I recently changed my intake manifold on my 93 hatch civic.for some reason it idles up and down.i filled the water and seemed to run fine for a few minutes.i was told to check for air in the coolant system,that there was a bleeder by the radiator hose next to the head.how do i bleed the air out?-unleadhedxbeast@hotmail
Maybe you guys can tell me.cuz i dont think theres any air leaks on it.
