I have a 2204 venture van and when the wind blows across the right front side while driving I get a lot of noise that sounds like it is coming from the top of the windshield. Has anyone else experienced this problem.

When the wind is really blowing hard I sometimes get a strange noise, but I believe it is from the roof racks that I have. If you have roof racks you might try moving them back or forward.

I haven't put any luggage on my '04, but on an '02 I rented we had some suitcases on the rack, and for a couple hundred miles of crosswind we had a really weird noise coming from the luggage rack, so it can happen...

I have since read about tucking the door weather stripping under windshield weather strip and am trying this out. The passenger side was outside of windshield stripping and the driver side was tucked under. I hope this works. I also put some silcone on the passenger side.

Thanks for your response. I have read that by tucking the door weather strip under the windshied strip and seal it might work. I am in the progress of trying this. The driver side was tucked under and the passenger side was not. Hope it works. bowler44
