2005 Durango w/Hemi

Hello all. Just bought a used 05 Durango w/ 11K miles with a Hemi. Just wondering if anyone has anything to say good or bad about them or if there is anything I should look out for. Thanks.

Hello, I have an 04 Hemi durango AWD and just put in a k&n replacement filter for $50 and about 2 inches in front of the airbox is a plastic cover. In front of the cover was the grill. I removed the plastic piece and put some mesh over the intake so bugs would not come in. Now I am getting air directly into the airbox. It took me about an hour to do and I am getting 2 more mpg and it does seem quicker. Can't tell you how much it improved hp but it feels like more. I got the mesh from the hardware store. A metal mesh for screen doors. 2 more mpg is pretty good when I previously was getting 14 mpg. I love the SUV though. I am getting ready to buy a navigation system for it and remote car start.
