Hello all, the muffler on my 2000 trooper is shot, my wife drives it and will not get off my back about getting it replaced.
So I took it into the shop and they told me that Isuzu ha snot released the demensions or what not of my troopers muffler and so would have to take some measurements and try to put a different one on it.
He said it might or might not make it any quiter and if it does it will probably not be as quit as it was new.
The other option he said would be to buy the muffler from Isuzu for 500 dollars HEHE well thats not gonna happen.
My goal is to make it as quit as it can be for my wife. If anyoen can give me some info or options on what to do that would be GREAT.
Thanks again

Let the exhaust shop fit it with an aftermarket muffler. You will be as good as new. There's no need to use the $$$ 'genunine isuzu' 55gal drum sized muffler.
