Well at this point with those mods, your only options are stock boost at 12psi. You don't have a boost controller or a decent boost gauge, so you can't turn it up or down. To turn it up you would require the boost controller, boost gauge (not the stock one), larger injectors (360ccs are stock size), and an air/fuel controller in addition to the mods you have. Once you have those mods, you could start turning up it to maybe 14 or 15. As well you could turn it down to wastegate pressure (6 or 7? psi)

If you want your parents to think it isn't that fast, then just shift low and don't race it around. But realistically it is a fast car with those mods, you are looking at somewhere in the 330-350hp..which is sure enough to hurt yourself with...so drive safe. I really don't recommend a vr4 as a first car, and I know many on here feel the same way.

Yea it is a fast car with those mods but hes right if you just shift at low rpms and don't take it over 4 grand or so then it really wont boost that hard. Since you have the stock boost solenoid which is about 9 to 11 psi thats where you will be boosting but after 4500 rpm the stock solenoid drops it down to wastegate pressure. Its fast but just make sure you don't get into boost.
