gas milage

I'm looking at purchasing an 89 mustang with a 4 cylinder can anyone tell me how they were rated for gas milage?

sadly to say, they were rated 19-23 mpg, sorry no savings there. at least that was the numbers on my window sticker of my 88 with the same engine
